Policies  

DEPOSIT

Upon booking a non-refundable deposit is due to secure your appointment. $100.00 deposit for PMU and $500.00 deposit for SMP and $30.00 deposit for massage is required. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your initial procedure which is due one week before your appointment. Remaining balance will be due on your appointment day.

We only accept CASH, VENMO @artofvision_studio or ZELLE (562) 243-1613. Visa/ MasterCard options will be coming soon!

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Please kindly give a 48-hour notice if you need cancel or reschedule your appointment to give us an opportunity to rebook your appointment time and avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is ( your booking fee ).

 

LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS 

We strongly encourage our clients to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please contact us prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered missed and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

TOUCH UPS

Please note that touch ups are for clients that had the initial procedure with Art of Vision Studio. If you have had work done elsewhere this is considered a new client and is subject to the "new client rate".

INITIAL VISIT 

During the initial visit, all clients MUST bring a government issued photo ID, carefully read and sign a consent and release form, and fill out a health history form to ensure the skin is in good condition before receiving any treatment. A mandatory consultation will determine the client's desired brow and scalp look and whether or not is it obtainable.

BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOGRAPHS  

Artists will photograph their work before and after the treatment for many reasons including client records, and social media. Before photographs are also necessary to assess the healed results during the perfecting sessions. We recognize the importance of protecting our client's privacy and edit the photos to display only the treated area. Clients may waive before & after phots from being utilized on social media.  

 

RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED 

Healed results will vary with each individual client. The final shape is completely your decision, and the treatment will not begin until you approve the shape. While strictly adhering to the aftercare instructions is crucial, we have no control over the healing process and make NO GUARANTEES of how the healed results will look. Individuals who are looking for a more intense results, must understand that it mat require additional (charged accordingly).

Please note that price are subject to change overtime. Client's who booked in advance before a rate change, will not be effected by the update pricing.
